I got a call the other day from this company, seems they never processed my order. I responded to them to take the @ out of the engraving, and got confirmation from them that they received it, but they never did anything with it. The guy was calling to see what I wanted it to say AGAIN. I just told him I would like my money back, it seemed so unprofessional that after all this time, they still hadn't done anything with it. very frustrating.
