Well I can only get one and i'm definatley leaning towards the Alma --- never seen one in Mandarin before - I just think its a tad bit more casual than the jasmin (which although gorgeous seems a dressier bag to me)

Here are some photos of my mandarin Alma, which might help you make up your mind one way or the other. I think both the Jasmine and the Alma are lovely bags, but I think the Alma is more versatile because 1. it is larger and can hold more, which is more practical (for me, anyway -- I can use it as an everyday bag), and 2. it can easily be dressed up or down (which I think is also true of the Jasmine to some extent, but I do feel that the Jasmine is just a tad more difficult to dress down than the Alma. Thanks everyone - I'll post pics when she arrives from Saks. By the way - Saks NYC doesn't charge tax so I saved over $50!!! And their shipping was only $12.00 - as good as ordering from elux except no ******!
