It really depends on what you would get the most use out of and which bags fit your life style better! Will you be using the Chanel frequently or is this a bag that will just sit in your closet and see the light of day once in a blue moon? Think of how, where, and when you'll be using either of the bags and decide.
Chanel! They increase their prices so frequently! If you really want a Chanel you should get it now. I still kick myself every so often for not buying a Jumbo 2 years ago when it was $3900, now I can't justify it at $4900.
I own both. I am so glad that I bought my Chanels first and then started buying LV. I bought the Jumbo flap when it was $3000 and that seemed like a lot. Now I guess it is up to $4900? Wow!
For this reason I am going to agree with the majority and advise you to get a Chanel. You can always start saving for the LVs at a later date.
