Congrats! I absolutely love the gold mini flap. 
KathyD and Fanbb, question for the both of you.. I'm so confused by the pricing on this bag. NM quotes $2995 and all the boutiques are telling me $3225. No one in the boutique is able to tell me if it's because the sizes are different. Any insight on your end? TIA!!!
The price difference is the size.
$2995 is close to the 225 size and (9" something width)
$3225 is bigger than 225 but as big as 226 ( 10"+ width)

what does the pearl attachment look like when it is detached from the bag? is it just a string of pearls? can you detach the mirror as well so you can just wear the pearls as a necklace or belt?
Yes, the pearls detach, but there are 2 large gold buttons that can be hooked together. The mirror also detaches.
