Obsessed with weight ....

  1. Well I've had my weight problems..:crybaby:

    I'm 18 and in the last 2-3 years I put on 2 extra stone in weight.. It was obviously noticable as I'd gone up dress sizes also.

    The only strange thing is despite being only 5ft and a UK 18 dress size.. when I look in the mirror I don't think I look that bad. I'm a pear shape so most weight goes on my hips and I have a 34inch waist (trust me I'm not even trying to brag..).

    I've been watching what I eat and keeping in mind the calorie intake and such..

    I've also been exercising for 15-20 minutes every evening which by the end of I am extremley sweaty so I hope thats doing some good.

    My fiance also put weight on with me during those 2-3 years as we started buying take-aways more often -_-;


    I don't even see what the point in my thread is but I'm looking for other people's responses as sometimes I feel I look good and other times I feel huge (next to my slim friends). Any responses welcomed. *sigh*
