It's twice a year and I'm positive that the Nordstrom in Scottsdale has it. It usually is a by in invitation only for the in store event. However, when I was there for work, they let me in anyway. You should call your local Nordstrom and see when it is as each Nordstrom does this on a different day.

The easiest way to "guarantee" invites to the events is to get a Nordstrom SIGNATURE Visa. With the Signature Visa, you're guaranteed an invite regardless how much you spend. Otherwise, you need to spend something like $2k in the 12 months preceeding 6 months before the event or something to that effect on your Nordy's card.
