Arbonne, they take it a few steps further and do not use any animal products or by-products either.
lush dont test on animals and a lot of their stuff is organic too. the shampoos and body washes have use by dates
While Clairol Herbal Essences has not tested on animals on its label, I found that the finished product isn't, but the ingredients are.
To clarify, St. Ives doesn't but the company that owns it does.
Neutrogena doesn't but the company that owns it does.
