Nicole Richie's hair

What do you guys think of Nicole's hair? I like that her cut isn't a "trend"--it's pretty simple. I'm looking for a new cut, and I love her hair.

it's not horrid but her hair looks so weird sometimes. especially when it's up. it's like her part starts way at the back of her head and sometimes it almost looks like a combover. it's looking better now but at one point it looked really thin and damaged, probably from malnutrition and too many extensions.
and her blonde is usually too yellow and she often has dark roots.
