my hair does not get caught in the straps but the chain feels a little heavy...once on the shoulders it feels lighter, but can get a tad heavy after hours and hours of carrying it on shoulders...maybe because im small, but other than that no complaints. I love it! HEre is some model pics..which some of u requested for! Hope u guys like it!
