New limited edition Lady Dior bags (collaborations with 7 artists)

Dior has collaborated with seven artists to produce a range of Lady Dior bags and accessories that feature their artwork, just in time for the holidays. Each design, limited to 100 pieces only, will be a walking piece of art. Prices start at $360 (for the card holder), and most bags are $3500-$6000 with a mink bag being $11,500.

They are to be released on Nov 29 in Miami during Art Basel. The artists featured are Mat Collishaw, Ian Davenport, Daniel Gordon, Chris Martin, Jason Martin, Matthew Porter, and Marc Quinn. Marc Quinn has designed a special range of Lady Dior bags earlier this year for Dior's Bond Street flagship store.

I love the metallic ones. The first and last are stunning, too. In fact, all the orchid ones would look great with all-black and simple outfits.

Thanks for posting these AJ! The 2nd and 3rd last ones by Marc Quinn were released in London as I saw them in the store when I was there so are they bringing those same items from the New Bond Store to the US market? Or will there be new Marc Quinn ones?

These are different from the Bond St. Marc Quinn pieces. None of the Bond St Quinn pieces are shown here.

Dior claims that the artists will be "unveiling their creations in the Miami boutique, in a pop-up store in Los Angeles, then in London and China." I'm assuming these are the only places they will be available. Call your SA to inquire as soon as you can.
