New Coach Turnlocks

I was told yes they have them but they will not send it to me but that I have to take my bag to a Coach Store for them to send it off for repair.

ITA agree Dragonette. Turnlocks have changed. In one particular situation, the new Parker bags have turnlocks....that don't turn. There are a few decorative clutches that have these faux turnlocks. They're for decorative purposes only. I am shocked because I love rotating those turnlocks when I am bored during my work commutes. For me, what's the use of getting a bag with a turnlock when the turnlock won't turn?

I went to the outlet last week and saw one of these 'fake turnlocks' broken off. I guess the person (probably the girl's burly BF) tried to fix the turnlock and broke the piece off. I was surprised it was hanging off the hook ignored. I was too busy trying to get my purchases done before my bus arrived to pick me up and take me home.
