Love your pictures and your new bag! I carry this one more than any other that I own. As for the brown leather being "slidy", it is very smooth. Is that what you mean? I love how we don't have to be careful with it like we do with the vachetta leather handles. Love that beautiful ribbon. When I got my jasmin it was wrapped in that ribbon, too. Enjoy your bag!
