thanks everyone for your sweet comments. im feeling better about the whole situation now and decided im just going to forget about it. im loving the bag, i've been wearing it all day today around NY, it's so sweet and fun. Fits a ton and stands by itself lol. Haven't had a chance to use the keychain yet but I'm sure I will soon. I'm leaving NY tomorrow going to Europe where hopefully I'll be picking up the Miroir Lockit and find the shoes. I'm also planning on getting the Neverfull as well as a travel bag. Still haven't fully decided on what piece to get yet.

Speaking of scratches...I'm wondering if those of you who own the keychain can tell me if the clear plastic scratches super easy. Any input would be appreciated!
