The fabric is a water resistant canvas, and the straps are water resistant leather. I don't have modeling pics, but here's one of it next to my Azur Saleya pm for comparison. It's about 9 1/2" wide by 10 1/2" high. It holds more than I thought, and has the zipper pocket in the front and a large open pocket in the back.
