my "everyday" bag.. for right now

i really like this bag, where did you get it. my local gucci does not have it in stock.

i originally ordered it at the gucci store at south coast plaza (southern california) because they told me they found one in stock at their hawaii location. however, the one they reserved for me *disappeared* (probably sold on accident). long story short, they took over a month and a half to locate one and ship it to me.

i complained to the store manager and she gave me a $500 gift certificate . i had already bought a matching wallet so i ended up getting a nice watch for only a bit more.
