They look so good. I haven't made dumplings in years. I used to always make them and fill them with so many different things. I wonder if my kids will eat them???? My son is such a fussy eater but maybe I will try these for him with just chicken and rice and seasonings.

these look so good! im going to try them tomorrow when im off work. i just have 2 questions...how much water/cornstarch do you add. and have you ever tried steaming them? i was wondering how long it would take, prob like 20 minutes or so??
I needed to update cause if you're lazy you can mix ground chicken or pork with preserved vegetable, and that's it! Some salt and pepper and it's still very good!!
