It wouldn't surprise me as the lockit has been so popular....but if they did it would be awhile, since the style was just reissued this summer.

That would be awesome, I'd get one of each in a heartbeat! I never liked all the extra hardware....I don't mind the zipper pull with the lock on the side of the bag, but the extra pocket that you can't use on the front and the 4 brass corners I wouldn't miss. And think of all the money we'd save....I bet it would be 1/2 the price!!
