MBMJ - How Does the Sizing Run?

Looking at the listing below but it'll be the first time I've bought MBMJ - do the sizes run large or small? I'm usually a 37 and am looking at a 37.5 shoe???

That size will probably work for you then. I've found that MbMJ usually runs about a half a size small.
