Welling to give this diet another try tomorrow ,Ive tried before but gave into the temptation. Ohhhh the weekend dinner parties and tons of junk food.I feel nasty inside,not a good feeling. This cleanse/diet consists of .. 2 tablespoons of lemon or/lime juice 2 tablespoons of [Grade B]maple syrup 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 8 oz water Not maple-flavored sugar/pancake syrup! The darker the syrup the better. Drink 6 to 12 glasses of this daily for 10day[or more] No food intake while in this cleanse/diet. Has anyone tried it?
