made in france? or the U.S.A.?

hi, i am considering purchasing a speedy 30 (damier or monogram canvas) off of ebay.

however, i have seen a few with tags/leaves reading "made in U.S.A." are those real?

my mom has a genuine louis vuitton damier azur saleya mm from the actual louis vuitton boutique, and it says "made in france." i would think a louis vuitton product would be made in its country of origin, right?

could someone help me understand this? i'd greatly appreciate it!

There are LV factories in France, Spain, USA, Italy, Germany, and Switzerland.
