LVR Package ON ITS WAY!!!

Yeah, that's what I thought. I've been following your journey, lol! (living vicariously:biggrin: ). That kind of customer service really puts me off! It's a breeding ground for paranoia. I mean, you wait anxiously, not knowing if it's on back-order, or if it's shipped, lost???, gone to wrong address, etc.. :sad: Hate waiting and wondering!

I just pulled out the fax from FedEx and entered the AWB number hoping it is the tracking number. It is, and according to FedEx the bag shipped on the 10th. So their customer service sucks, but their shipping department is great! Fingers crossed hoping the bag arrives in good condition!!!
