You could try eluxury they sell electronic gift cards over the internet and they are sent out by email within a day or so, they also have paper gift cards but you have to call to order one.

My mom's bday is in about two weeks and I want to get her a louis too!! I am not sure exactly which one she wants though, but I am pretty sure its the mono speedy 30. I had my dad and sister pitch in, wrote her a cute poem and am just giving her the money in the card. Just incase she decides against Louis - then she can buy whatever she wants instead - $620 is a lot to pay for a bag for someone if they are not sure if they want it or not.

Oh, I wish somebody would give me an LV gift certificate. I doubt my PHH ever would though. He'd probably break out in a sweat just thinking about it.
