LV forgot to put me on the Neverfull MM waitlist...

that is terrible!i can totally relate, i think about 3 weeks ago i went to lv to change my neverfull mm coz of some defects, the sa told me they'd prioritize me and put me ahead of the waitlist coz its for exchange. so i agreed and he gave me store credit and i was all happy about it. the sa told me he'd call as soon as the new stocks arrive, well i called a week later and turned out the stocks arrived but he didn't call me. so i went there and the only one left had a very very uneven patina. i asked them to please inform me if a new batch arrive. and 2 weeks later still no call from them.i just called earlier today and there are new stocks but they won't be able to give me my neverfull because i was on the waitlist and have to wait like everybody else. what's frustrating is that they told me (not one, but two sa's) that my order would be prioritized, they shouldn't have given me false hopes. its totally frustrating and disappointing.
