Jill, I got an Epi Koala wallet from Saks in FL. When I came home, I noticed that there was a chip in the hardware. Since there's no Saks in my state, I took it to the LV boutique and they only asked me for the Saks receipt. After I showed them proof of purchase, they exchanged my wallet out with no questions asked. Since you're a great client, I'm sure they will have no problems exchanging it out for you if you have a receipt or have the purchase recorded on file.
