It is really cool to be interviewed... I was interviewed about the Chanel bag they are referring to also (here on Forbes).
Interesting article, but I almost spit out my drink when the Louis Vuitton employee referred to the purchaser of that monstrosity as a "sophisticated" client. I didn't know buying an overpriced bag that looks like it was assembled by a blind chimp made a person sophisticated.
