he didnt even design the mens s/s 07 and it looks like crap but not as bad as the womens.

I hope they see their sales drop in RTW and it hits them and they realize Marc is THE MAN!

^Taco, I agree with you, I think Marc did design this collection! Anyways, dissappointed at this! I saw some bags earlier but not these ones. Those were pretty looking. I saw some bags I did like though! We have to wait and see how they look in real life!

I just reviewed this thread again .. I thought it was interesting to see what people's first impression of S/S 07 compared to what is going to be actually produced I can't wait to see A/W now

Actually, Jacobs himself has admitted that he hasn't ever done too much with the men's RTW. For S/S 07, someone from Martin Margiela do the actual design part. Marc is just a figurehead for the men's collection. But he is doing all the women's, of course. (Anyone notice how alike Vuitton and his own handbags look nowadays?)

The plaid totes look like the kind they have at the markets in China town and the ones that spell "love" remind me of the "love" postage stamps. Yikes.
