Looking for a simple, practical classy tote!!

I would like to ask any of you who owns the Gucci Eclipse Medium Tote the picture is as follows:

Do you girls like it? Is it roomy? I've tried it on at Saks and I like it and it fits my 5'0" frame, not too oversized like luggage. I'm debating btwn this and the LV Popincourt haut. What do you think?
