Nothing too exciting, but I did not want anyone to think the issue was dropped.
After many calls and speaking to many different people, UPS is picking up the fake bag tomorrow (Thursday) and bringing it to its NYC headquarters so that the "investigation" can start. I was assured that I would be kept in the loop, etc. Yea, we will see! In the meantime I have submitted a report to the Attorney General of NY so I am waiting to hear back from them as well.
Now if only they would have paid attention in the first place!!
