I purchased my graffiti bag from MP seller for £300 UK pounds about $550+ .. You can sometime get lucky on ebay for one , my one is the medium sized one .. If you let me know which one you are after I will do a quick check on ebay and see what I come up with :smile:

I want a Graffiti Speedy in Khaki and have for a while. There is one on ebay now from Germany, so I'm hesitating. Also, I wish I could get one for for less money, say about $750. I don't think my chances are good.

Your louis vuitton collection is impressive. One caveat though, I noticed that you are starting to collect the vernis line. I have a beige, pink and silver vernis LV which I bought several years ago, and all of them started turning yellowish. My silver is worst.... the glue on the side seams started coming out and it is quite ugly. I brought my bags to LV to ask if they can repair it, and they said that they could not do anything about it. For bags that cost an arm and a leg, I figure they should be of superior quality. I am quite tempted to get the new white vernis, but I know, 5 years down the road, this will definitely turn yellow too. I guess, to those who really want to get an LV vernis, stick with the dark colors, like bronze, red or the dark blue.

I had that concern about the white vernis too...which is why I shyed away from it. How about the peppermint? Would that turn yellowish as well?

Sorry to hear about the glue on the side seams. Quite frankly, that's unacceptable given that vernis is one of their more expensive lines.

There is only one of my bags that does have that problem with a little bit of glue and that is my yellow SS . I got it from let-trade and it was like it -- not very noticiable only really to me .. but I too think that for such an expensive item it is awful .

I love the pearl and have always wanted a pearl cles -- but I suppose that is the risk you take.. and yes i have seen on ebay pics of the peppermint with that yellow tone to it .. do let us know what you decide.

Thank you for letting me know about the peppermint with the yellow tone! Coincidentally, this morning I was contemplating whether or not to purchase a peppermint reade. But upon reading this, I'm not as sure - because if the colour can start to transform like that within less than two years, gee, what would it look like in 5 to 8 years...?
