Who would have thought they would have gone up THIS much?
I remember in 2003 a smooth leather (maybe box) 32cm kelly in Harrod's in London that was 2000 pounds. Seemed a fortune at the time. The SA was showing it to a customer and was kind of snooty to me. I would have gotten most of the VAT back. I think the dollar was 1.7 to the pound. Bag seems cheap now by comparison. I didn't have the money then. In retrospect it seems a pittance. I could have made money on the bag by now. Oh well,
