Keep getting error msg when trying to register purse?

I keep trying to register my purse, but I keep getting an error msg...the error is:

Error Code: 342733


Any ideas?

supposedly you dont need to register your bag....just hang on to your reciept and tags if possible, just in case, and they will stand behind their guarantee!
