I really want to get into some kind of raw food or macrobiotic type diet for better health. The other day, I had some macro-vegetarian sushi from the health food store... I simply loved it! It was seaweed wrapped around brown rice, daikon, carrots, and I'm not quite sure what else but was perfectly delicious. I could see myself eating and reacting favorably to this type of diet. Anyone have recipes for macro-veg sushi? I'm looking for basically, grains and vegetable combinations to replace meat and poultry. I once saw something on TV - this guy made a "lasagna" out of all raw foods.
