their email newsletter said the end of june. it was sent on the 4th of june. here's the blurb:

We have the new color list ready for the major style for Balenciaga. So if you are interested please email us. The collection should arrive at the end of June!! If you have any questions email us at [email protected]

It's end of June. I'm on their notification list for a few bags but still haven't heard from them yet.
