Think one of the problems is they say the bag is not defective, which is the truth. In your communication with them, did you tell them it was Used... and in no way are you saying this bag was defective. After going back and reading some of your posts, that may be the problem and not sure how you can correct this now.
I would put in writing to BBB, your CC and to elux, the problem is used not defective merchandise and that is why you were sending it back and that others have had the same problem recently

Wow...I have bought from elux in the past with good results, but I will now rethink any purchases. So sorry to hear about this.
