I know politics aren't allowed, but is political humor okay?

  1. I understand why politics (the 'serious' stuff) isn't allowed. It's too hot-button and could get way out of hand way too fast. Also I know that Megs and Vlad and many other people don't want this forum to turn into that kind of forum.

    But what about political humor?

Obviously it can't be mean-spirited, or constantly picking on one particular party.
I wanted to post Obama reading Letterman's Top Ten List, but wasn't sure if I was allowed to do so.

I also wanted to post the rules of the Bush's State of the Union Address Drinking Game, but again, I wasn't sure if I was allowed to do so.

  2. . . . and if the answer's 'no' then I'll stop talking about it and forget about it.

  3. Personally, I think staying away from its the best thing. Then we can't have arguments starting... imo.

  4. the answer's pretty much, no.
Unfortunately and especially in an election year people aren't very diplomatic even if it's just a joke.

  5. What Swanky said.

  6. Okay, thank you.
