This is a complaint from 2007. Little late, aren't you? Way to hide behind an anonymous forum ID. Time to grow up, maybe?
I always shop at the Ross Park Mall store.
I have always been greeted by several employees. Always very helpful and never rude.
I even had a major problem and I would have considered me a pain in the butt but they still were very helpful. In fact I just received two notes about my last two purchases and to let me know if there is anything at all else I need help with just to call or stop in.
I am sorry you had issues at the RPM. I guess it was a bad day for them. I understand how that would deter you from shopping there again. I feel the same way with my closest Coach outlet.
