I bought a briefcase in Italy in 2011. The strap is worn and the lock no longer works properly. (A tooth that hooks inside of the bottom part of the lock once it's squeezed into place broke off.) I still have it, but it was a nightmare trying to reach Customer Service in the US about the lock repair. I never heard from customer service after repeat e-mails and gave up entirely. Beautiful briefcase, but I'm irritated with their customer service here.
