How to set BEST OFFER via Auctiva? Please help.

Hi,
Recently, I am listing an item to sell on Ebay via Auctiva.
I can see the Buy It Now button, but didn't know how to set the Best Offer together with BIN. It is easier on Ebay,but with Auctiva I have NO clue
Please Help, thank you very much.

On Auctiva, it is right underneath the box where you state your BIN price and you have to have Auctiva's checkout turned off.

Hi MA-MAISON! I am new to this forum. I also use autiva. and cannot find out how to use a " BEST OFFER " period. Not even with a buy it now1 Or just a best offer auction. Were you able to find out how to use it? I can be answered here, of hopefully even at my email address??? I hope its OK to put it on here. I am afraid I am a mess today because of an ebay rep! At the very top, the first field. Select Fixed Price.

You have to select this option FIRST, then when you get down to the BIN options, the best offer box will show up.

I agree with the other posts. It sounds like you didn't make your listing a fixed price listing because the best offer option is usually right below the BIN price. Auctiva takes a little while to get used to, but you'll get the hang of it!
