How often do you change bags?

I usually figure out what i'm going to wear the night before and which handbags i want to wear with my outfit.

I have gotten so bad that I actually plan what I wear around what purse I want to carry. When it's new, I actually buy clothes to go with it. For me, it's all about the bag!

I change my bags weekly and I tend to dress to match the bag for that particular week. But sometimes when I run out of clothes to match (the bag) I change the bag

When I first bought my Speedy, I used her every single day for 4 months (except on a handful of days when it was raining - I carried my trusty LeSportsac!!)... Now I'm carrying my LeSportsac and I haven't planned on when to switch yet.

I've lots of other bags but only a selected few gets used (which I why I'm trying to find the rest of the bags a new loving home!)...

I have to say I am in line with the folks who plan OUTFITs around a bag. It seems easier that way, for some reason. That way, when I switch, it is usually on the weekend!

It all depends. Sometimes I use the same bag for weeks at a time. Also, if it's an evening out, I tend to change over to a smaller bag or clutch.
