How long for development of patina?

Hi! I'm considering getting a Mono Speedy and I was wondering how long it takes for a nice patina to develop on the leather. I'm not a fan of the brand-new look. I know it depends on how much you use it, what the weather is like, etc., but just looking for a rough idea.

Hi there,

Welcome to the tPF! I have a variety of bags in various stages.
I would say that with regular use you will start seeing some minor patina within a couple of weeks. A nice honey color can take upwards of a year!
