How long do you wait for a MIA seller before doing something?

Did your sister have to pay customs? I'm thinking thats what is holding it up...

I guess I just assumed express courier would pass right through. Over 24 hours seems a long time to be sitting in customs...

I did insure and declare it for 800 AUD.
Plus I've sent other bags the exact same way and they never stop for more than an hour...

i mailed it as a gift so she wouldn't have to pay customs for it (it was her b'day anyway) and with the signature confirmation option...unluckily i cannot remember how long it took to clear from customs but i don't think it was more than 3 days.
i am glad you got the bag, will you post pics?

I haven't rec'd my bag yet (it should arrive on Monday).

I've been harassing ECI in Australia all day about the bag I sent and they say I shouldnt worry unless it doesnt arrive to the recipient next Monday....
