HH sent me the wrong purse!

  1. I was expecting a black Hudson Hobo but got a sad black nylon travel bag thing instead. Boo. I called customer service and the guy said they'd send out a Hudson hobo once they received the travel bag back. I hope they have one left by then! They're supposed to email me a free UPS label so I don't have to pay the ten bucks shipping again.

    I am so bummed out. I have two more bags coming from this darn sale. I hope I get the right ones!

    Has this happened to anybody else?

  3. They should send it to you now...it's HH's error! Once they fax/mail you a label and you send it...they should send you the right bag asap.
