Help with watch winder for J12 and Rolex

Hi. I have been looking for a dual watch winder for my J12 and a Rolex watch. I thought it was a pretty simple thing but the more I read, the more it seems I can "damage" the movement if I get the wrong one. I'd love to have one compatible for both watches but wonder if I need two separate for the two different movements. Anyone by any chance have a j12 and Rolex and use a watch winder? Do I have to check with the manufacturer to ask? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
