help please

i cant seem to find the name of the organiser sort of thing u put in ur bag if the bag has no any side pockets .what do u do in such cases especially the totes where all the stuff fall in the cetre .

For LV purses it's called a purseket - I think - I've heard about it but I don't have one and I've never seen one IRL.
