I carry and zip all my essentials in the central compartment...perfume atomizer, painkillers, kleenex tissue, and cosmetics pouch.
Then in one side compartment I have my wallet and chequebook. In the opposite compartment, my sunglasses in their case and keys (attached to the leather strap.
And of course, cell phone in the pocket, and iPod in the front zip pocket on the outside.
