Have you ever seen a fake Tod's handbags?

Oh yes - there are a lot of replica Tod's bags around. You can normally tell by the quality of the stitching - zipper (must be a LAMPO zipper but I have seen fake bags with fake lampo zippers as well) and the pull.

I think I have seen some but can't quite remember because TOD's is mostly leather bags so only the shape and design can be replicated but not replicated as much as other luxury brands with monograms like LV, Gucci, Burberry, Chanel etc.
