Something to keep in mind: thousands upon thousands of people enter online contests like that everyday. It's a hobby for some people and there are websites set up for "sweepers" that list all the current sweepstakes and contests going so they can keep track of them. They'll enter even if the prize isn't something they particularily want. So when you enter a Bluefly contest, you're not just competing against other fashionistas and Bluefly customers, you're also contending with a huge number of people who're entering just to enter.

I actually won a Marc Jacobs hobo from the Handbag a Day Giveaway last March....
here's some pics. But believe me, If i didn't win I would be skeptical too. Just because the chance of winning is so slim (just one winner per day, picked at a random time) It's almost like winning the lottery when you consider how many people play!
And also the winners list hasnt been updated in a while...
but yes, dont loose faith or hope because it really is possible.I feel like im always having to tell people my story because so many people think that nobody wins...Oh and another girl posted here a while back who won the Chloe silverado doctor bag!

It's not Bluefly, but my bestfriend who had been very, very down in the dumps took a trip to St Louis and went to a baseball game 1 1/2 years ago. He bought one $5 raffle ticket and a few weeks later he got a call that he won a Toyota Highlander!!!
He still drives it and it's funny because right before he learned he won it, he was so close to buying a car since his other one broke down.
