I emailed them the day after I received my item for the return authorization number. How long do they usually take to respond. I sent them off another email today because they want promptness when returning, but I have not heard anything, and it'll be 2 days tomorrow. I called their 800 number and the lady informed me that they don't give out those numbers over the phone. She also said there can be an email delay, but their site suggests that the customer care is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just wondering about your return experiences with the online service.
