Thanks again guys... So the gf was evidently paying attention when I mentioned a few things I'd like. I got:

I've heard great things about these razors. They use the old flat, double sided blades and apparently give better shaves than the newer multi blade razors (ie Mach 3 and Schick Quattro). I'll let you know how it works out!

glad you got what you wanted =) tell us about the shaver... i don't think gilette and shick will be pleased to k now that after all the millions they spent on R&D to create those advanced razors, the old ones work better.... LOL
