I agree, this is bad customer relations! Why is it your fault that the items are located all over the world? They should be grateful that you are giving them your business. Too bad about the bonus though. That really sucks.

Sigh...I'm still mad about the wrong color prada bag they sent me that they would not admit...but now everyday i've been reading some problems on saks! Mine's nowhere as bad as yours but basically they suck!
